So is Serena Williams really dating her tennis coach? Serena Williams has had some great victories over the past few months here. The tennis superstar has snagged her 5th Wimbledon Title of her career, C-walked post-victory at the 2012 Olympics after winning her first gold medal in singles and won the U.S. Open and her career continuing to go strong. Aside from her success on the court, recent rumors suggested that she is winning in the relationship department too, dating being something that Serena once said she was done with. It’s recently been rumored that Serena is romantically involved with her tennis coach Patrick Mouratoglou. The two have been spotted out together in Paris and sat side by side at the French Open, a few things that sparked the dating rumor. And as we all know, on the Hollywood scene, a few snapshots of two people together is all that is needed for people to determine them an item. However, the rumor escalated a tab bit more once Mouratoglou was spotted holding Serena’s purse in a photo during a shopping trip.
Growing irritated with the chatter surrounding her supposed “love interest”, Serena Williams took to her Twitter account to kill the rumor along with telling the paps to stop stalking her, snapping pics that get the rumors going:
So there it is. Serena Williams is not pursuing a relationship with her tennis coach despite the purse holding pic that made it’s way around the Internet.
Then why the hell is she going shopping with him in the first place? That’s obviously NOT a professional relationship. Either he’s smashing or he’s in the process of trying to smash. Ain’t no man about to be holding bags for no reason Serena. LOL.

Please! I am a Serena Williams fan, and I dont care what she says those pictures I saw are not just friends pictures. Cheek to cheek and hands in the pocket (the butt) not friends. Use your common sense that is more than just friends. He is married. If it is over he needs to have the courage and Serena too, to clean it up, put the final touches on the divorce and move on. This does not look good period.
I’m not even mad if Serena was dating her coach. She may have said it’s nothing, but it does look like he has some kind of interest in her besides the game of tennis. And why not? Hell, the way black men go in on her about her looks, she should consider the white man that digs her enough to carry her purse in public. She needs to stop chasing these corny black athletes and rappers and get her a white man like Venus did. Venus is smart.
