Jay-Z and Beyonce’ have been coined as one of the music world’s most power couples, one that is always grabbing the attention of their fans and critics alike. They became proud parents of a daughter, Blue Ivy Carter and not even a year after she was born, people couldn’t help but to claim that Beyonce’ was pregnant again with a second child. Jay-Z quickly stepped in to shut down the rumor about his wife and he later addressed the one surrounding his ownership status over the Brooklyn Nets. Although the couple has caught some heat from people for supposedly lacking social responsibility, they have continued to receive a round of applause for their efforts to support President Barack Obama as he is attempting to get re-elected for another term. One thing they always get praised for for sure is the performances that they put on together.
Jay and Bey have hit the stage together on numerous occasions before and been featured in each other’s music videos too. But this particular performance with his wife caught Jay-Z off guard a bit, so much that he forgot to come out on stage and rap his part of a song during their performance of “Crazy In Love” at the new Barclay’s center in Brooklyn. Beyonce’ was doing her thing on stage, dressed in a fitting, black body suit singing her verses of the hit single, anticipating her husband joining her on stage to spit his verse. When she realized he was a no-show for the moment, Beyonce’ didn’t sweat it; she took it upon herself to fill in for her hubby and started rapping his part for him.
After realizing that he slipped up, Jay-Z was supposedly caught humorously saying “Oh s***, I should probably rap here” over the sound system.
The performance ended with Jay giving Beyonce’ a pat on her butt. The couple later returned again on stage to perform “Young Forever”. Jay-Z blamed his delayed arrival to the stage on him getting caught up looking at Beyonce’ on the monitor backstage.
Looks like the flame is still going strong in Jay-Z and Beyonce’s marriage as he still finds himself completely mesmerized over his wife.
They are so cute together. Real power couple.

Rih and Chris will NEVER be like Jay and Bey. Chris has a lukewarm career and their whole relationship is a joke. A power couple reigns together, but those two fools lose when they’re together. Smh.

At least Jay-Z was honest. I’m glad they don’t hide their feelings anymore. It’s good to see them show some affection.
Beyonce has had better performances. No shade but this wasn’t all that great. I’ve never seen her that out of breath while performing.
Power couple. When Beyonce performs it’s absolutely mesmerizing. I bet nobody watching this video took their eyes off of her. She is gives the audience LIFE. Sad to say Chris & Ri can’t do it like B & Jay. While Chris is an awesome performer Ri just can’t take it to the level on Stage as Beyonce. Ri is awesome but Bey just has that POWER Performances!
