Singer Ciara has already made it clear that she’s focused on making a comeback to the music game. The R&B beauty hasn’t had it easy though, however, she’s linked up with LA Reid, and she is hoping the music she puts out this time around will get her back to the forefront of R&B. This hasn’t been easy considering the R&B genre is struggling as a whole, and most artists are having to resort to a more Pop like sound to get a hit. But Ciara is taking another shot at the music industry and this time she’s working hard to make sure her upcoming album One Woman Army could just be the album she needs to achieve the same success she had in her “Goodies” days. Of course, that is if she can get people to focus back on her music and not the latest drama she’s having with her current boo Future’s baby mamas.
Earlier today, the singer got her fans hype after she posted the cover to what we suspect is her next single off of One Woman Army. The song is entitled “Body Party,” and on the cover, the singer is definitely giving off some sexy vibes.

There’s still no word of when One Woman Army is set to drop, all we know is that the album is slated to drop sometime this year. In the meantime, are you loving the new artwork for “Body Party” and are you loving what you hear from the single so far?
Yeah. She needs to just give up the sexy crap. It’s not what made her blow up. She was like a younger Aaliyah & Janet Jackson. They were sexy and cool and it wasn’t so forced. I think people got turned off when she went from Goodies to Ride. It was just too much too soon.

I don’t like this song. I don’t like the other ones she’s released so far either. Ciara is still missing the mark. She needs to go a little more pop and not try to force her “sexiness” down our throats. Like someone already said, that’s not what we liked about her when she first came out. I’m not feeling this.

This cover reeks of desperation. I’m not rooting for this new Ciara. The only Ciara I rocked with was the one from the Goodies and Promise era. Oh and Get Up was my sh-t too. Until she returns to that look/sound, I’m good. Rihanna is the only one that can pull off the over-sexual look right about now.

I need to hear the whole song. But from the snippet, it sounds like another fail. Why is she releasing all the slow songs? It’s boring. And she’s not that great of a singer to pull off that many slow singles. She’s not Miguel.
I actually LOVE the cover. Meh to the song. I want to dance. She needs to put out a dance track.
Ciara’s career is done. I’m not sure why she’s even still trying.
The cover is cool but the song is blah. Does she not have any dance singles to put out? People want to dance right now. And spring will be here soon. She needs a club banger ASAP or she’s going to flop again.
This is why I wasn’t hype when they said she was going to be working with LA Reid. He’s too out of touch to get her on the right track. The singes she has been releasing so far are lame.

Has she not been paying attention to Rihanna and Bey for the last few years?! People want to dance…where are her club bangers? And when it comes to slow songs, they have to be catchy. Bey is the KANG of that.

Photo cover is a copy from Janet Jackson, She is singing, or trying to sing, over someone else’s song. No originality any more. She’s lost. She will get the hype like she did for Sorry, GMG for about 2 weeks and then…..pooooof! she sinks again. Correct me if i’m wrong but hasn’t she been promoting this album since last June? We will hear the hold album before she drops it. smh
