Chris Brown is steady doing interviews, with radio stations and on TV shows, as the singer is doing a week of press and says he is aiming for July to drop his next studio album. And with each one that he does, Chris reveals a little more about the women in his life and the industry beef that he is locked into with Drake. Talking with Power 105.1 The Breakfast Club, Chris spoke on and admits that he was dating Rihanna and Karrueche at the same time and being nervous about Rihanna is sleeping with other people while she is out touring, Ri’s ‘Diamonds’ world tour still going on. Though Chris is back together with Rihanna, he doesn’t have marriage on the brain as he says that he isn’t thinking about that at all right now. Aside from his beef with Drake, it was said that Chris cut ties with his longtime bodyguard Big Pat, Chris clearing up the rumor saying that they were still cool and no firing took place but did say that they got into a heated exchange that didn’t get physical. And as far as ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran is concerned, Chris says they aren’t together but can never bring himself to kick her totally out of his life as she was there for him through some of his darkest times and took care of him.
Though Chris says his days of being a hothead are over, he has been caught going off on social media networks and decided to take a break from them for awhile as he had some words for people who kept accusing him on being on drugs because of his thin frame. Chris places the blame for his look on touring and dancing on stage for two hours. Chris Brown is one celebrity that can’t seem to dodge negative press but says he understands the job of a journalist:
On understanding the media:
“It’s Journalism man. I had to come to the fact that that’s what it is. It’s people’s jobs. They gotta eat. They gotta do what they do. Nine times out of ten them saying, ‘Chris Brown painted a mural for charity,’ ain’t gone get them as much as , ‘Hey Chris Brown just went down the street and cursed out everybody.’ It’s not as exciting. Unfortunately negativity prevails most of the time, so I’m just trying more so to be positive.”
On depression from Rihanna assault backlash:
“I went through the depression part for the first two years when I couldn’t really get radio spins.”
On relationship with Karrueche:
“One thing about me and Karrueche is she was my friend through it all. It was friendship more than a relationship. Yeah I still love her, but at the end of the day, she’s always going to be my homie. I just broke it to her like, ‘I’m still in love with this person. I love you but it’s just hard for me.’ I just had to be honest. I couldn’t lie anymore.”
On Drake:
“Dudes can say whatever. I’m not a rapper. Whenever I get on a record, I’m just gonna say what I want. Who’s gonna beat me up?”
On Karrueche dating other rappers/singers or Drake:
“That would be a little close to home. At the end of the day, I think it should be a respect boundary. Now if you go on to an athlete…that’s different but don’t sh*t in my backyard.”

I always heard that if you begin a relationship with some one imediatly after a bad breakup, it will not last in most of the cases, cuz you’ll only be the rebound chick, the friend that help them trough a tough time……:(

At the end of the day (lol) a man will ALWAYS choose the woman with the backbone when it’s all said and done. Kae thought being weak would keep Chris around and it didn’t. I bet she knows better now.
what backbone does Riri have, lol with her fake thugette image.me thinks it all boiled down to the bigger bank balance & fame status.
If she’s his “homie”, he should want her to be happy……even if it’s with a rapper/singer. He certainly didn’t do her any favors.
Chris did Kae wrong, but she was never anything more than a rebound.

He sounds very possessive. If you’re not and never was in love with the girl, why tell her who she can and can’t date? She’s a fool if she listens too.

I really think Kae needs to open her mouth,because in that breakfast club video Chris is making Kae look like some kind of fool,& if it is true about there relationship being more as just a friendship then romantically more fool Kae.
But either way she really needs to set the record straight,unless Chris has paid her some kind of allowance to keep her mouth shut, and if that is so then guess Kae was obviously only dating Chris for the money.

I still love you Chris but honestly you should have stuck with the girl that had your back. Chris and Rihanna are toxic together. They need to just be friends and go about their lives. This will not end good and I hate saying that cause I like both of them.
