When it comes to dating and being married to a professional athlete, it’s widely known that the chances of them being faithful are very low. In fact, there are numerous reports of athletes getting caught up in drama for messing around with multiple women, and plenty of stories of baby momma drama that reads like a soap opera. Regardless, there seems to be an unwritten set of rules athletes must take to successfully cheat on their wives, and Jalen Rose decided to explain the steps an athlete must take to have a wife and a girlfriend on the side without getting caught. During his recent appearance on Grantland, he says:
“These guys are professional athletes. And they understand how many tickets they gonna have. They understand who they want to have at the game. They understand that their wife may be sitting at this section, so you gotta get tickets for your girlfriend in a section at the opposite section of the arena. These are things that are standard. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out. They got it all covered.
“They have to be on opposite sides of the building. Normally the family section tickets are behind the bench. So therefore, the miscellaneous section has to be on the total opposite side.
“Just because you leave whether it’s girlfriend, jumpoffs, or roadkill tickets, you can’t leave them post game passes. That’s one of the mistakes that young players end up making.”

This is pretty sad. I hate that there are some people who just don’t take marriage seriously.
I know right. But some women do put up with it for the money and for the fact that the husband acknowledges that she is his wife over the jumpoff. I don’t know what it is, but I don’t like the saying, “Jumpoffs need to know their place, I’m the wife.” NO, YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR PLACE AND STOP LETTING YOUR MAN RUN ALL OVER YOU.

This is so trifling!!!! These women can have this. I wouldn’t tolerate it.
Now this is a mess. If they want to have women on the side, they don’t need to get married. This right here is an example of men who feel too self-entitled to be good husbands.
This is nothing new. Most athletes are very low down. Dating them is so overrated.

This is ridiculous. These “men” should be ashamed of themselves.
I can only imagine how many STDs these athletes be having. Gross.
So sad. People should really take marriage more seriously. This is not what marriage is about.
This sounds so stupid. I guess he forgot that when the jumpoff wants to be wifey she sales him out to the media! Don’t get married or in a relationship if you want to be with multiple people. It’s just that simple!
I once had a boyfriend who was “friends” with a professional star athlete. He came to town, told his wife he was here to train. Every night his boys took him out to the hottest clubs and ushered in the willing groupies. They brought them in and out of his room, drove them home, helped camoflauge them into the group when it came time for photos. He had multiple phones. One for wifey, a few for groupies and sides.
