Lil Scrappy might be having some issues surrounding his engagement and relationship with Erica Dixon thanks to Momma Dee’s continuous interference, but when it comes to his legal issues, his future is just as uncertain as his chances of walking down the aisle with Erica. Lil Scrappy was recent arrested and jailed for about a day after he failed to take another urine test after an officer told him the first sample he gave was too cold. Although Momma Dee says the rapper only refused to give another urine sample because he was disrespected by the officer who made the demand, a warrant was issued because he refused to take another one. It’s been reported that this is the week the rapper and reality star of “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” will learn his fate. The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports:
Atlanta rapper and reality TV star Lil’ Scrappy, also known as Darryl Richardson, is in danger of having his probation revoked.
Richardson, 29, was back in jail last month for accusations that he switched his urine sample during a regular drug screening required by his probation, his attorney said.
“They’re saying the urine sample was below the expected temperature,” attorney Mawuli Mel Davis told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “They issued an arrest warrant and he turned himself in.”
Scrappy’s lawyer goes on to tell the AJC that he’s been doing a lot of work in the communities, and speaking out to the youth about staying out of trouble; so they are hoping his probation will be terminated, despite the mishap with the urine sample.
I wish him the best. But he should have just sucked it up and redid the urine test. Some fights aren’t worth fighting.

This is another example of when someone made a tiny situation worse for no reason whatsoever.

Considering that this is Scrappy like third probation violation in several months, I don’t see this ending well for him.
He should have just did another sample. The officer wanted another one because it was cold. It doesn’t matter how he asked for it or how he said it…that is the real issue. He refused to turn in a new sample when the first one was too cold and suspicious. He’s wrong here.
It’s not looking good for Lil Scrappy.
Had Momma Dee not enabled him so much in life like the true momma’s boy he is, he would have known better than to skip out on that urine sample.
“You going to jail now!” LOL! J/K I hope he beats it. He has a daughter, so I hope it all works out.
They both need to check their COUNTRY A-SES…..some things, just aren’t worth the aggravation…..
