R&B singer and actor Tyrese isn’t known for holding his tongue. In fact, he’s always causing a stir on his Twitter account and interviews for saying some pretty offensive things pertaining to love and relationships, and most recently, even overweight people. Although he did attempt to apologize for calling overweight people “fat” and “nasty,” it looks like he’s not done speaking his mind when asked. Tyrese has been doing plenty of press to promote his latest film “Fast & Furious 6” and he recently stopped by “Chelsea Lately” to talk about the movie and even talk a little about what he feels is good s*x and why women should question themselves if their man can go longer than 60 seconds in the bedroom. In fact, when Chelsea Handler asked what he believes good s*x is, Tyrese claimed any woman whose man is not a “minute man” needs to “get your life together.” He says:
“Well see they got this thing about minute men. And so, when you’re a minute man, women get mad. But it’s actually a compliment because if you’re in the bed for like 45 minutes and nothing is happening, you should get your life together.”
Interesting. We haven’t had a discussion in a while, but what do you guys think about what Tyrese said about minute men? Does it really mean a woman isn’t great in the bedroom if her man can go longer than a minute? Or is it possible that Tyrese has it all wrong and a man can’t be too great himself if he can’t make it past 60 seconds?

Is this fool for real? He’s very sexist to suggest a woman sacrificing her own sexual pleasure for the sake of a man getting his in 60 secs means she’s great in bed. I think a man should wait until a woman gets hers before he gets his.

I disagree with Tyrese completely. Men have an easier time reaching a climax. Women don’t! So a man needs to put the woman first and go as long as possible to satisfy her. Ugh.

Minute men are selfish. Considering Tyrese’s track record, he must be a minute man himself.
He’s a very good looking man. Unfortunately, every time he opens his mouth, it’s very clear why he’s single and couldn’t stay married.
So he’s a minute man and needed to defend the fact he’s incapable of pleasing a woman longer than half a minute? Got it.
I’m so over Tyrese. It’s crazy though because I used to love him. But then he started talking…too much.
There’s no way to justify a man only going for about one minute. That’s why so many women don’t have orgasms. Too many ignorant and selfish men out here placing blame on women. Sad.

I see what he is saying, he just didn’t put it right because he doesn’t know how to talk with Class and Brains, he just needs appreciate the fact that he gets to play in the background while many of Good Love making men get their dig on.
