Kanye Could Get Charged with a Felony for Latest Paparazzi Attack

More Kanye West legal troubles? Kanye West has found himself in the middle of yet another scandal involving the paparazzi, and although it’s pretty much becoming a norm for the “Yeezus” rapper to go off on a nearby paparazzi for having the audacity to talk to him when he’s made it clear he feels they shouldn’t, Kanye might have gone too far this time with his most recent attack. As we reported recently, Kanye got into it with another paparazzi at the LAX airport Friday afternoon, and after the pap asked him why he doesn’t want any of them to talk to him, Kanye went berserk. The following scuffle led to the pap sustaining injuries and Kanye fleeing the scene as if he knew he made the wrong move. Regardless, it’s been confirmed the pap does want to go forward with pressing charges and it’s also being reported Kanye could possible catch a felony charge for the attack. TMZ reports:

The victim wants to press charges against Kanye … law enforcement sources tell TMZ. What’s more, our sources say he’s been interviewed by cops and they’ve determined he did indeed suffer injuries during the attack. Cops will refer the case to the D.A. as a felony attempted robbery and not a battery case. The routine is to go after the suspect for the most serious charge.

Kanye’s camp hasn’t peeped not one word about the latest incident, but several days ago prior to this incident, Kimye’s camp tried to defend Kanye’s nasty behavior towards to paps and claimed he goes off because they have taunted him so much about his relationship with Kim Kardashian.
