Chris Brown to Sue Woman Accusing Him of Attacking Her in the Club

Chris Brown nightclub assault accuser may be in for a legal battle with the singer. Chris Brown and Drake emerged victorious in the $16 million lawsuit over the nightclub brawl they were associated with last summer. As for Chris though, he is still facing some club controversy involving a young woman who claims he assaulted her. A young woman by the name of Deanna Gines accused Chris Brown of assaulting her in a nightclub and claims the singer allegedly pushed her to the floor so hard that it resulted in serious injuries that may require her to undergo surgery. Chris wasted no time in denying the allegations as the singer took to his Twitter account to defend himself against the woman’s claims. Not only did Chris deny the incident ever took place, so did the owner of the club as they claimed in a statement that the young lady’s claims were completely false and she actually caused her own injuries in her attempt to get close to Chris. Chris Brown and his camp have already proven Deanna’s allegations to be false and now they plan to sue her if she tries to move forward with a lawsuit, HipHollywood reports:

HipHollywood has exclusively learned that the allegations made by Deanna Gines, a fan who claimed Chris Brown intentionally shoved her to the ground at an OC nightclub, have already been proven to be false.

A source close to Brown tells HipHollywood that Brown’s camp has “already proved the allegations to be false, and that the singer’s team plans to sue Gines and hold her accountable if she proceeds.”
