Terrence Howard denies abusing ex wife Michelle Ghent? Terrence Howard made headlines yesterday after his ex-wife Michelle Ghent accused the actor of beating her during an argument they had on a trip to Costa Rica. In addition to Michelle claiming Terrence abused her, it was also reported that she was seeking a restraining order against him over the alleged incident. It didn’t take long at all for Terrence Howard to break his silence on the allegations made by his ex wife. At the movie premiere of “The Butler” on Monday, Terrence Howard spoke with Entertainment Tonight and addressed the recent claim made by his ex-wife. And he says Michelle’s abuse allegations are very “heartbreaking” and he feels she is trying to hurt him. Terrence also says they won’t be getting back together:
“Yeah, well it’s heartbreaking…You know, I’ve been on a long search of inner engineering for a long time. It’s taken awhile for me to get to a place where I can be at peace. And unfortunately, I’ve tried to help people and it’s not necessarily in the same enlightened path, of trying to help themselves. And she’s [Michelle] not well and I hope that she can get well. We’re divorced now, and she should stay that way. And I just wish the best for her. But as far as me harming somebody, anybody that knows me, like, I really can’t harm a fly. It’s completely against my spirit, but I’m so heartbroken, that you can see that doing it on a night like this is only for an attempt to try and hurt me. And it’s sad…When you’ve done the very best you can to avoid a bad situation and it still occurs, then you know that that moment was destined to occur. And you have to stand behind that and then you grow from it…”
Terrence went on to officially deny the allegations and says he has never put his hands on Michelle, or any other woman:
“[The allegations are] completely wrong, unfortunately, there are some documents that will come out and will tell everything that has occurred, but I never laid my hands on that woman, or any woman. That’s just not my way.”

Then why on earth did he go on a vacation with her? Just stupid.
This is just the dumbest situation all around to me. They have a crazy past, she accused him of beating her before and he said she punched him the face a few years ago. Why on earth are they going anywhere together?!
LOL. So now he realizes they can’t get back together? Hilarity.

Yeah, whatever. I just know he’s a fool for even dealing with her again. But I should have known he was messing with her again when he was defending her not too long ago in an interview and telling black women to stop hating. Smh.
I believe him. Any female who has no problems punching you in your face while you’re with your new girlfriend has a few lose screws.
I don’t feel bad for him. You don’t go on a trip with your looney ex wife and expect it to turn out well.
Terrance Howard is a liar. I don’t believe him at all. Classic. Now she is not well?? And you are just figuring this out in Costa Rica?? Terrance Howard needs to get control of his life. But I’ll still be going to see his movies hehehehe!
