Does Robin Thick have an open marriage to Paula Patton? Robin Thicke has had an amazing summer considering his single “Blurred Lines” became his first big hit and Billboard officially crowned the track as the song of the summer. Robin might be heading to court over the single as Marvin Gaye’s family believes he ripped off the deceased singer’s song “Got to Give It Up,” but he’s still enjoying the success he’s been hoping for the past several years. Robin was part of the controversial VMAs performance with Miley Cyrus, but people were talking a lot more about a scandalous photo floating around of him appearing to grope another woman who was not his wife Paula at an after party for the popular awards show by MTV.

The young woman allegedly groped by Robin in the photo says the singer made out with her in a dark bathroom before returning to party by his wife’s side, but Robin and Paula have made it clear through their reps that they aren’t worry about the young woman because they just believe she’s just looking for attention.

Interestingly enough, the New York Daily News is hinting that the couple is so carefree about the photo because they allegedly have an open marriage. In fact, the site points to an older interview Robin did with the Howard Stern Show in which he slipped up and told Stern he and Paula like to invite other things into the bedroom to spice things up. When asked if those “things” were other women, Thicke blushed and said he pleads the fifth.

  1. Of course they do. No woman is going to be okay with her husband fingering another female unless she does it too.

  2. I figured. More power to them but I won’t be okay with my husband smashing other females and bringing them to the bedroom. I just feel like it’s pointless to be married if that’s what you’re going to do.

  3. Why even get married? Marriage is not required! People will sabotage marriage just to say they are married. I don’t get it.

  4. I wouldn’t be ok with an open marriage. How can you know for sure your spouse won’t catch feelings with the other people and leave you?

  5. Considering so many people have open marriages and don’t even know it, at least they are honest with each other.

  6. Maybe after 20 years together that’s what they needed to spice things up? I don’t now, I’m just trying not to judge since I don’t know much about their situation…it is hard though lol

  7. Maybe this is something she is into. It’s not the end of the world or the institution of marriage. Keep it out of your marriage and stop judging others!
