Jay Z and Beyonce have been considered one of the top celebrity power couples for years, but that doesn’t mean the couple doesn’t find themselves the target of nasty gossip and tabloid tales just like other celebrity romances. A few months ago an up and coming female rapper claimed Jay Z tried to hit on her while he was with Beyonce, but she turned him down out of respect for the singer. Now a former beauty queen is reportedly talking and she claims the rapper showed her plenty of interest the other day at a nightclub.
Former Miss Belgium Claudia Scheelen tells the Mirror he was quite flirty with her and her girlfriends. All because he bought them drinks apparently. She says:
“I was with my girlfriends and he sent over a drink to us – he had this huge bottle of Ace of Spades champagne, it must have been six or ten litres. He told me ‘I’ve been all over the entire world, but the girls in Antwerp are the prettiest girls.
“He didn’t mention Beyoncé or Blue once.”
It honestly doesn’t sound too scandalous to us, but the publication is making it sound low down on Jay’s end. However, Claudia took to her Twitter page to set the record straight and she claims Jay never bought her a drink and the whole report from the Mirror is bogus. She tweets (read from bottom to top):
Claudia also wrote on her blog what happened that night and apparently her whole night consisted of trying to snap some photos of Jay Z. She wasn’t successful because she couldn’t even get anywhere near him.
Jay and Beyonce’s reps have not responded to the report and we honestly don’t even expect them to.
I doubt Jay would be that sloppy. Just saying!
I’m not saying Jay is faithful, but this story didn’t sound believable from jump. Nothing to see here…
I’m convinced the white media is determined to break up the black celebrity couples. They have been aiming at Will and Jada for years and now they have set their sights on Bey and Jay. It’s sad they are that pressed to see these two split up.
I completely agree. What they do to Will and Jada is sick and now they are doing the same thing to Beyonce and Jay Z. It’s just wrong on so many levels.
They are pissed that black people can get married and be successful. It’s such an inspiration to all other black people, so they are trying to destroy them.
Well if she didn’t say this, she needs to sue.

Man the media tries so hard to make JayZ out to someone that he’s not. Always trying to break up a black marriage. I’m glad she spoke up on Twitter against it.

I read her blog. She needs to sue the Mirror. She never said Jay tried to hit on her. She never even got close to him that night. Smh.
