Porsha and Kordell Stewart’s marriage didn’t fare too well during the filming of the fifth season of the hit Bravo reality show, but many were shocked when Kordell filed for divorce, especially Porsha. Porsha still claims that she had to find out about the divorce filing via Twitter and she’s been taking shots at her ex on the show and in interviews ever since.
Kordell has been just as vicious and even called his ex a “hood rat” on Instagram. But now it appears that the marriage is no more, as Kordell’s lawyer just confirmed to TMZ that it’s officially over and they are now divorced.
Kordell’s lawyer also made sure to let Porsha know that they hope this now means she will put an end to questioning his sexuality in front of the cameras. Shiel Edlin says:
“For reasons we cannot understand, [Porsha] displayed a reckless abandonment of anything close to the truth over the last eight months.
“We are also hopeful that Porsha will stop villifying Kordell at every opportunity.”
Edlin also says that Kordell is “disappointed” things didn’t work because he thought he would be married “for life.”
Well good for Porsha. #shrugs
That was fast. I wonder if Porsha got the spousal support she was asking for.
Sigh…whatever Kordell. He clearly wasn’t trying to be married forever considering the petty reason he divorced her in the first place. He needs to never get married again. He has no idea on what it takes to stay married.
LOL at him saying he thought he would be married forever. This is the same man who left his wife because she wanted to go out here and get a career. He doesn’t want a wife, he wants a servant.

Good. Porsha needs to get herself together and stop dealing with men just because they have money. How he treats you matters so much more.
They should have never gotten married in the first place.
Agreed. Kordell wanted to her father, not her husband.
Hopefully she learned from all of this but by the looks of how she’s been acting on the show, it doesn’t seem that way. Smh.
I want Porsha to change her whole outlook on life now. She’s very spoiled and she has a lot of growing up to do.
They were only married for two years. That’s crazy.
