Kanye West made headlines when he publicly bashed Nike for not agreeing to give him royalties for his Air Yeezy sneakers, and he cut ties with the company and reportedly inked a $10 million new deal with Adidas. The rapper is excited about designing some new sneakers with his new deal, but he made it clear in numerous interviews that he felt it was disrespectful for Nike to refuse to give him royalties because he’s not a professional athlete.
We’re not quite sure what happened in the last couple of days, but Kanye has apologized to Nike for his recent rants against the company.
In an interview with Tall Boy, he flat-out apologizes to Nike for bashing them on such a public level and also says he feels like it’s just time to do something major with Adidas:
“I really appreciate everything they did for me. And I’m not knocking them on the way out or burning no bridges. I apologize for my frustration earlier and I just think it’s time. It’s go time. It’s turn up time.”

The damage is already done. He’s only apologizing because he can’t get businesses to invest in his company and he knows it’s because of what he did to Nike.
Right. It didn’t seem like he meant it because he was laughing. Smh.
It didn’t seem sincere.
I’m sure someone told him he can’t do the things he wants to by slamming companies in interviews. But I bet this won’t be the last time he drags a company for not giving him what he wants.
LMBO! He’s trying to clean up his act somewhat because the Jews are getting ready to tear him a new one!

This is just damage control because his tour is in trouble. He realizes he’s turning everyone off with his behavior.
Aww I think he really means it. Kanye is so passionate and sometimes he says things he regrets later. That’s just who he is.
Too little too late Kanye that’s why you never burn bridges in business. The damage is already done.
He’s only backtracking because his tour is flopping and businesses don’t want to deal with him anymore! Adidas will be the next company he trashes! Watch!
