R&B singer Ciara has quite a lot of things taking place in her personal life with a baby on the way and a wedding to plan, but she says becoming a new mom won’t put her music career on hold.
In fact, Ciara performed at the after-party for the Grammys baby bump and all, and she even surprised her fans by debuting a new song.
She performed the new song entitled “Anytime,” and before she sang the new tune live, she took time to thank her fans for all their support because she feels they are the only reason she’s still able to do what she loves in the music business.

Those vocals tho…man…
This song isn’t doing it for me. She just does not have the voice for ballads. I need her to accept that she is Janet Jackson Jr. and start making songs she can deliver a killer dance routine to and leave the R&B ballads to the singers.
She’s pregnant and the song is cute so I will give her a pass on those shaky vocals. She looks so happy. I wish her the best on this next album and I hope she comes with it.
I just want Ciara to come hard with this next album and slay the damn stage like I know she can. She can keep these slow songs man. She was on top when she embraced being an epic performer. Until she goes back to that formula, she will not have that kind of success ever again. In fact, let me go to YouTube and watch her old performances. I’m in the mood for watching the old Ciara slay.
I agree people forget Ciara was at the top of the game and was a top performer. She needs to get back to those days.
I don’t like the song but I’m hoping she will do well with her next album.
