“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore may still be working on getting a proposal she will finally say yes to, but she’s decided that she will get pregnant this year with or without it.

Moore told Life & Style Weekly in a recent interview that she plans to have a baby this year, and she has no qualms with using In Vitro treatments to achieve the goal (she’s even considering using Miss Lawrence’s man juice if necessary).

TMZ is now reporting that Kenya is so serious about getting pregnant that she just had surgery to have her fibroids removed.

On Friday, the reality star had fibroid tumors on her uterus removed since the tumors could hinder her from getting pregnant.

Sources also tell the website that Kenya will start In Vitro treatments as soon as she heals from the surgery.

  1. Some women just shouldn’t procreate, and Kenya minus the therapy she so obviously needs, is one of them.

        1. Well research shows that they have been linked to fibroids and most of the black women who have fibroids have been getting relaxers for years. They are still trying to find the actual cause of fibroids, but so far diets and relaxers have been linked. I do think in a few years they will have solid proof that relaxers cause them and certain foods as well.

          1. @Gabriella

You’re welcome love! I’m glad you went natural too. Research like this is one of the reasons I haven’t had a relaxer in five years.

    1. Right, Cynthia had them too and so do several women close to me! I just hope I don’t have the same issue down the line.

  2. Kenya is trying to get her a love on top so she can secure her spot on the show for next season. I see you girl. Take them Kim K route and get knocked up to secure an extra 15 more minutes.

  3. I for one am happy for her! The comments over at TMZ were hating on her but she is a beautiful black woman that I admire OUTSIDE of RHOA so I’m sure she will be a great mother. Women with her type of pretty rare genes SHOULD reproduce. The people sitting around hating is mad cause their unemployment checks got cut and their kids is ugly. LOL!

    1. Hey Kenya! I thought you just said on Twitter a couple of days ago you don’t read the blogs. But now you’re sending blogs news? And TMZ out of all people? Girl…new year new tactics huh? Love ya boo. You keep me so entertained on RHOA. Carry on.

      1. LOL. And I have to shake my head at any black person who finds humor in unemployment when mostly black people have been affected by unemployment. But that’s something I’m sure Kenya would make fun of. She has no kind of morals or real compassion for people.

    2. How is she a rare pretty? She’s a gorgeous dark skinned woman. I wish we would stop acting like that’s rare when it isn’t. Black women are beautiful, all shades. This comment is kind of similar to the whole, “You’re pretty for a dark skinned woman” backhanded compliment that irks me.

And poking fun of unemployment and calling kids ugly? All because you like Kenya and others don’t? Come on now, you’re better than this comment.

  4. Well at least she didn’t get knocked up by some athlete so she can ask for a ridiculous amount of money for child support. Lol.

  5. She’s lucky that she has the money to do so…. Been married 8 years and have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and can’t afford to do In Vitro or any fertility treatments. Wish her the best.
