“Love and Hip Hop New York” had a pretty strong season ratings wise season five, and with the reunion airing next week, some would think most of the cast with return for season six since the numbers were strong.
Interestingly enough, sources claim the reality show will undergo a major revamp. In fact, sources claim the producers are hoping to spice things up by getting an influx of new faces.
Sources exclusively tell The Russ Parr Morning Show that the producers have decided to fire the entire cast. The timing of this rumor is interesting considering Mendeecees just announced he and Yandy just landed their own spin-off, and show frontrunner Erica Mena confirmed she’s done with the show.
Now of course we can’t confirm any of this, so we’re labeling it as gossip for now.
Do you think LHHNY needs an entire new cast?
I’ve been thinking they needed a new cast for like two seasons now. The show hasn’t been the same since Chrissy and Jimmy left. I only watch for Yandy and Mendeecees now.
The only one I care about is LHHATL. They can cancel the other two.

I’ve been wondering if this would happen since they are doing a spinoff for Yandy/Mendecees and Erica left. Well this would be a good time to bring on some new people. They can fire Rich, Erica’s ex, Tara, Peter and Amina. None of them are interesting.
I hope this is true. I don’t know how much more I can take of Amina, Tara and Peter’s dry storyline. And Rich’s failure to keep clients and actually be a real manager has gotten stale too. We need some new people.

I agree with everyone on the board who says Chrissy and Jim made the show. They did and it has been horrible since they left. This whole cast is awful except for Yandy and Mendecees.
Jhonni blaze is the most interesting person. I think she would make it very interesting. Diamond needs her ads whooped back to LA. She’s a scary thirsty whoville looking a-s b-tch who needs her moms to fight her battles. She won’t make it in New York for long. Jhonni blaze is what’s hot on lhhny.
