  1. My heart breaks for his children. Why can’t people make better decisions? Do they not think of the consequences and how it could hurt they people they love? I know Yandy wasn’t in his life then but he didn’t even think of his future. This is just sad.

  2. And this is why it’s so important for people to understand every choice we make shapes our lives. And we must live in a way that reflects that. He’s probably not even the same person he was mentally when he did this but he has to pay for it now. It’s sad but it’s life too.

  3. Well, it’s unfortunate. They will be okay. Eight years is a long time. I can’t bash him because most all do some things that we wish we could turn back the time and do it all over differently. I don’t know his reasoning nor his choices then but who am I to judge. Prayers for the both of them and that Yandy stay strong and keep him lifted while he is in.

  4. I just feel sorry for those kids. Whenever a parent is present everyday and all of a sudden is gone that takes a toll on kids.

  5. This is why we have to stop glamorizing selling drugs in our music. There’s nothing cool about a lifestyle that is taking fathers away from their children.

  6. I feel bad for the kids but you do the crime (and you’re black), you will do the time. They don’t like to show black folks mercy in the courtrooms meanwhile a lot of crooked criminals in congress never end up in jail.
