Actor Michael B. Jordan frustrated some in the black community when he claimed he was fearful of speaking out against racism because it could hurt his career, but it’s clear he’s had a change of heart.

Didn’t he get his n-gga wake up call recently when he got snubbed for an Oscar? That will do it every single time.
IDK I mean he tap danced and went to the Oscars anyway and didn’t participate in the boycott.
I’m still going to side eye him.
I thought I was the only one! Lol!
I mean I understand. He has said some problematic things in the past. But keep in mind people change everyday.
lmao
Good for him. Every black celebrity needs to be using their platform for good right now.
I agree. A lot of them don’t speak out because it may cost them their careers and I get it because as a person, I would not want to lose my job either. But I think like him you get to a point in your life where you keep seeing the same thing over and over again and it sort of gets harder and harder to keep quiet. Good for him.
I’m just happy to see him speaking out. Every voice counts right now.
Not sure im believing this, seems like someone on his team told him speak up before his black card gets revoked
I’m glad he spoke out, especially since he portrayed Oscar Grant. It must have really hit close to home for him.
