According to reports, a judge doesn’t feel Future’s past tweets about Ciara are enough evidence of slander.
TMZ writes:
Ciara’s $15 million lawsuit against Future is going to be more of an uphill battle for her … after the judge just ruled the rapper’s angry tweets alone aren’t enough to prove Ciara’s been damaged.
The exes are locked in a nasty suit — with Ciara claiming Future ruined her image as a mother and a singer. However, a judge ruled Wednesday the tweets … including gems like, “this b*tch got control problems” … aren’t libelous on their face.
It means, Ciara will have to offer up more evidence as to how her career has been damaged since Future’s Twitter rant.
The issue still for Future, there’s still a count of libel and distortion left in the case … which could hang him out to dry.
I’m not really surprised the tweets aren’t enough. They are celebrities so proving slander is going to be difficult to do. Hopefully she can still get a gag order though.
Lmao!!! Ciara just needs to stop embarrassing herself. She has no case and she’s just suing him because she’s bitter. She’s married but still wants to get even with Future. That whole marriage is probably just a way to get back at Future too. She’s so thirsty.

Rihanna wasn’t the one posing with her sister wives two years ago and hoping a deadbeat would make her an honest woman. Ciara will have to deal with Future for at least 18 years. Meanwhile Rihanna is single, has a successful career and isn’t tied down to a f boy in any way. She wins.
