After Future announced his second album, “HNDRXX” today via Instagram and its set to release one week after his current number one album “Future” dropped.
People are suspecting that he is releasing these albums in this fashion because Rocko has sued Future for 10 Million dollars.
According to HipHopDX:
According to the lawsuit, Epic Records was brought on to be a distributor for said albums that never saw the light of day because Future allegedly got crafty and cut a side deal with the label, leaving Rocko out of 25 percent commission on advance money and another 20 percent of Future’s tour and endorsement earnings.
There are rumors that Rocko won the lawsuit and is entitled to 50 percent of Future’s cut from his next two releases but both sides denied any judgment has been granted in the case.
During a Facebook Live session with fans, he was asked if these releases are related to the pending lawsuit Future has with Rocko and the label Rocko had him previously signed to. Future said this is not the case, however, Rocko decided it was a good time to troll:
Apparently, Future’s fans and Future himself did not take this well because Rocko had to backtrack and clarify what he meant by his comments. However, Future wasn’t having it:
Future is getting that much deserved karma and I live. Bloop!
This is why artists must read their contracts.
Karma is a b-tch.
I don’t feel sorry for Future at all.
Meanwhile, Ciara is winning at life and happy. That’s what happens when you do people dirty. Eventually you pay for it. Oh well.
I mean how can someone take advantage of you if you read the contract before signing it? ?
You reap what you sow.
He’s big mad! Ha!
This situation just gets messier each day.
Future ain’t gon do sh-t so he can chill out with the threats.
He’s dumb for making threats on the internet. That’s not how real gangstas move.
