Lisa and Quad clashed on the show and things escalated after Lisa threw a glass in Quad’s face.
Both had to be restrained by security and it was later reported that Quad had to go to the hospital for injuries.
They never really moved past their differences, and Quad even clashed with Lisa’s husband Darren Naugles on the season four reunion.
Lisa was recently tagged to an Instagram post of the intense confrontation she had with Quad that led to violent moment.

Yeah I don’t think it’s anything brave about throwing a glass at someone. But maybe that’s just me.
She definately glad she’s still living. Glass a water to anyone’s face could get you killed
