Marlo sat down with The Hip-Hop Socialite for an extensive interview. Of course, the Socialite touched on Kenya and Marlo’s back and forth during the reunion.
Marlo, of course, denies ever blackmailing NeNe over John. In fact she unequivocally denies ever dating John or even been alone with him.
She tells The Hip-Hop Socialite:
ON KENYA BRINGING UP THE JOHN/NENE ‘BLACKMAIL’ STORY DURING PART 1 OF THE REUNION:
You know what Mara, what her goal was, Kenya knows that her job is in the hot seat right now. Kenya knows that she didn’t allow Bravo to tape that fake marriage, she knows at this point, let me just do whatever I gotta do. And you know what? Let me just get off subject – let me just get the situation clear about John too. I never got John drunk, I never took screenshots of his phone, let me talk slow so you can get all of this. I never had s*x with him, I was never alone with him. He came to my home when my girlfriends were all over there, and we were kicking it because I didn’t want to be with him by myself.
Next, Marlo had plenty of shade or Kenya. In fact, she feels Kenya should “pee on a stick” to prove that she’s pregnant.
ON IF SHE BELIEVES KENYA IS REALLY PREGNANT:
Now you know, don’t ask me that because I don’t want them getting on me, but you know I don’t believe she’s pregnant. If I was Andy, let me tell you – you know when you go to get a job, and they make you take a drug test, and you have to go in there with nothing? If I was Bravo, I’d be like look, you need to fly up to New York naked with a two-piece bikini on and go pee on a stick, EPT. Girl, I ain’t lying, I am not lying. I would have her a** take an EPT test before she come up in my joint getting a new contract. Because she’s like Marlo blackmailed John, Marlo this, I’m pregnant – she’s trying to do anything for them to make sure they renew her contract.
And of course, Marlo would fire Kenya from the show if she had the chance, and take her peach.
ON HOW SHE WOULD TWEAK THE CAST IF IT WAS UP TO HER:
I would definitely get rid of Kenya – she would be gone before she even came. I don’t like that she feels she can connive people. You’re just not delivering. You’re on ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’; you just don’t go and get married…something that you’ve been talking about all your life since you’ve been on there. How you want to be married, you’re crying fake tears about being married. And then I salute you – you done went and paid men to be on there to be your boyfriend. So you really wanted that life, and then for you to go and do that and not let the fans see that? So I would definitely get rid of Kenya, and definitely I’d add some new stuff. I’d at least add on two new people, and of course I’d make Marlo a housewife and give her a peach or a full time friend. [laughs]
Marlo really cheapens the show. They would be crazy to give her a peach next season.
I don’t know what Marlo is smoking but she will never have the clout to get anyone fired, let alone Kenya. I know Kenya hurt her feelings but she needs to get over it.
It’s nobody’s fault that Marlo came unprepared. After she kept poking at Porsha for a storyline, I really had no problem with Kenya dragging her.
Kenya’s peach may in jeopardy but Marlo has been trying to get one for years. Embarrassing.
Girl bye! you got all this to say now? You should have said all that at the reunion. And that mess about John Girl please a real friend would not have had her friends ex sitting up at her house idc if it was 50 people there and he certainly didn’t give you $20,000 because it’s Monday.
