Last season of “Insecure,” Lawrence and Issa finally talked about where things went wrong in their relationship.
The emotional conversation happened on the day they said goodbye to the apartment they shared together.
Lawrence’s character has many fans and they have made their presence known on social media.
Referring to themselves as the Lawrence Hive, rooting for Lawrence each episode is their sole mission.
But now it’s possible Lawrence’s time on the show has come to an end, for now.
Jay Ellis recently chatted it up with Madame Noire, and when asked if he was returning to “Insecure,” he made it seem like he’s not.
Here’s what he had to say:
I actually don’t know what’s going on with Insecure. They’ve been shooting for a few months already, I think that there’s like some true closure to their relationship. So I don’t know if I’ve ever seen many of my exes past when our relationship ended. And I don’t know why Issa and Lawrence would. I don’t know what their plans are and what they intend to do with the character.
Check out the video below.
Uh oh. Lawrence Hive is not going to like this.
I honestly feel like Lawrence would have been off the show sooner if he didn’t have so many fans.
So does this mean Issa is getting a new boo because I’m tired of her wasting Daniel’s time.
Oh wow. I thought he was a main and would stay on to be the male perspective.
No shade, but I’m okay with this. Especially if Issa and Lawrence aren’t going to be together.
Well I’m not! They need to keep his cute a*s on the show and just let us see him as a single man dating.
That’s shady to be filming and not telling this man anything
