Part one of the reunion for season 3 of “Real Housewives of Potomac” airs on Sunday.
And to be expected, there will be plenty of drama.
It’s been an interesting season for both Ashley Darby and Monique Samuels since their friendship was tested.
Monique got into a car accident after she had drinks with Ashley and Candiace.
Ashley observed Monique drink what she claimed was “four martinis” before they left, so she felt the amount of drinks may have been the issue.
But Monique claimed she crashed her car because she fell asleep at the wheel. She’s been feeling overwhelmed as a wife, business woman and mother.
So she felt like Ashley betrayed her to say what she did. She also claimed she only had about two martinis instead of four.
Andy Cohen brought up the issue at the reunion and Monique said the backlash was so bad on social media that some people said she was an alcoholic and that’s what caused her miscarriage.
Ashley said she didn’t regret saying what she did because it’s not her comments alone that make some viewers feel like Monique may have a drinking problem. Andy then proceeded to call Ashley out for criticizing Monique when she drinks beers on the show often.
