It’s been a crazy couple of weeks for Michael and Ashley Darby.
The cameraman claimed his butt was grabbed by Michael during filming.
Media outlets stated that Michael had been charged with felony assault and improper s*xual contact. Later on it was reported that the charges had been dropped because no witnesses could corroborate the cameraman’s story.
He ended up quitting and the couple has been trying to clear Michael’s name on social media. Now they are hoping a round of interviews will do the trick.
In an interview with Fox 5 DC, Michael told his side of the story. He denied groping the cameraman and stated that he may have accidentally bumped into him while filming.
Ashley said she was there when the alleged incident supposedly took place and she saw firsthand that nothing happened.

Surprisingly, Monique Samuels hopped on Twitter to defend the couple. Turns out she’s on good terms with Ashley and Michael now.
