Quad and Greg have their sit-down with Andy.
They haven’t spoken in months.
Both compliment each other on their outfits and looks.
Immediately, Quad calls Greg out on saying they haven’t slept together in a few years. He says they haven’t had s*x since the reunion in 2014.
He then says they tried to do it again after but things went nowhere.
Quad then says that Greg couldn’t get up but could get up for other women.
But Greg says he never cheated. As for Quad, she says Greg never took the marriage seriously.
Greg says he took the marriage seriously when he bought the house and things she wanted.
After Andy asks if they could ever reconcile, Quad says that Greg is already dating another woman.
“You’re not dating?”- Greg
Greg says his friends said that she was with another man at the club.
Backstage, the other couples thinks it’s ridiculous that Quad is upset that Greg was dancing with other women at the club when they are separated.
Then Greg says that Quad acted like she didn’t want to be around him. She also kept hanging up on him. Quad then says that Greg was abusive and even accuses him of trying to suffocate her.
But Greg says that they were both physically abusive towards each other.
Andy then reminds Quad that there are mugshots from them both.
“Quad, you pulled a knife on me.” – Greg
At this point, Greg says Quad was the violent one in the relationship.
Then Quad says that he pushed her down to the ground.
So Andy says their marriage is toxic and it doesn’t seem like it can be fixed.
Greg says that he wants Quad to know he loves her and he’s sorry for ever hurting her.
But he feels they need to both move on and go forward with the divorce. Quad agrees.
She gets emotional and admits she still loves Greg despite things ending up the way they did. Andy then says that will probably always be the case.
After the segment ends, they hug and go their separate ways.
When Quad gets backstage, she cries and talks to Jackie and Heavenly.
While Jackie and Heavenly wonder if the marriage can be fixed, Quad says they aren’t meant to be.
She says she still loves Greg.
Meanwhile, Greg says that it’s a good day and the marriage is over.
The couples return to the stage.
Andy wants to discuss Quad and Greg’s conversation.
Contessa says she wouldn’t have urged for them to reconcile had she known Greg hit Quad.
Mariah and Toya tell the others to be careful and not say that Greg hit Quad. They feel that’s not what he said.
“Y’all defend a lot of stuff.” – Heavenly
Most of the cast can agree that both Quad and Greg were physically abusive towards each other.
Quad then returns.
She apologizes for not being open enough with the women at the beginning of the season. That was just her way of dealing with things.
Simone then tells her that she can call her and Cecil if she needs anything.
As for the future, Quad is happy about her future after Greg.
Toya is called out for gifting Eugene with a s*x voucher during the couples trip.
A fan writes in blasting Toya for gifting Eugene a voucher when he gifted her jewelry.
“That’s old news.” – Contessa
Contessa and Heavenly state that husbands shouldn’t need vouchers from their wives.
Andy asks Jackie about her trust issues.
She says that she’s still not able to completely trust Curtis.
While Curtis doesn’t like that she feels that way, he’s glad they are in such a good place again.
Cecil is then asked about his employment status.
He left his company.
Aydin’s contract is up and he wants to leave Atlanta.
They then discuss Toya’s hormones during the trip.
She once again says that it was the new birth control.
Simone confirms that birth control can cause mood swings.
The husbands leave the stage.
Toya and Contessa’s beef is discussed.
After Toya says that she and Eugene can afford their new house, Contessa says she’s happy they found their forever home because they have been living like “refugees” for “a few years.”
This sets off Toya and she goes off on Contessa, accusing her of talking trash about her for two seasons.
She accuses Contessa of talking about her and Eugene behind their backs.
When Andy asks Toya why she blasted Contessa on speakerphone while at her party, Toya says that Heavenly was the one who called Contessa. But Heavenly denies this.
“You a messy b*tch!” – Heavenly
Simone then says the tax shade hits below the belt for Toya.
Andy then asks why Contessa would think Toya would hit her on purpose, Contessa says that’s the energy Toya gives off.
Toya says she immediately said sorry three times and Contessa says that is not true.
Producers then flashback to Toya apologizing three times after the incident.
After Simone tries to speak up for Toya, Contessa questions why she keeps taking up for Toya. Simone then points out that Heavenly, Quad and Contessa have been defending each other all day.
Heavenly denies this and says she’s only Team Daddy.
Regardless, both Toya and Contessa agree that they won’t be able to reconcile.
The women take another break.
When they get backstage, Contessa says that she feels like Simone has been defending Toya all day.
Once they return to continue filming, Andy recaps Toya and Quad’s friendship over the years.
Toya and Quad discuss their current status.
Even though they aren’t as close as they were, they know that they will always be there for each other.
“Just love on me a little bit and I’ll let you in…again.” – Quad
Andy then asks each woman what they learned.
Contessa says all the women have a different fountain of wisdom.
Toya says it’s important to choose her friends wisely and communicate better with her friends.
Quad says it’s okay to be vulnerable.
Heavenly says it’s easier to project anger than hurt.
Mariah says they can learn from one another.
Simone says she can say things in a gentler way.
Jackie says that they have a true sisterhood and must be mindful of their childhood traumas.
