Erica Dixon is Pregnant with Twins

Many fans of LHHATL were happy to see Erica Dixon return to the show last season.

Since she returned in a much smaller role, viewers didn’t get much of an update about what she’s been up to since leaving the show.

Turns out, she’s been very busy.

She is pregnant with twin girls and confirmed the news just moments ago on Instagram.

The reality star also posted video from her gender reveal as well.
