According to TMZ, Nipsey Hussle’s sister Samantha Smith filed for Guardianship over his daughter Emani in a Los Angeles courtroom.
Sources revealed Samantha did this because she believes the child’s biological mother Tanisha is unable to care for the child.
Earlier this month, Tanisha felt some type of way that she’s being left out of a lot of the condolences being given on social media. Before his demise, Nipsey had primary care over Emani. Emani lived with him and Lauren London.
It’s believed Samantha wants to maintain a relationship between Emani, her little brother and the rest of Nipsey’s family.
As of now, Tanisha hasn’t publicly responded.
