LHHATL star Sierra Gates is furious after a mother/daughter tandem allegedly physically assaulted her 14-year-old daughter at an Atlanta area high school. The assault occurred during school hours and a student allegedly let the parent into the school, bypassing the security measures at the school there to prevent such actions from occurring.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Public Schools is investigating the assault, however, rumors were swirling around social media as to why this occurred. So Sierra issued a statement to address what occurred.
In the statement, which was posted to Sierra’s Instagram account, she condemned the assault. She explained a series of events where Sierra says her daughter was harassed by students. As she attempted to arrive at the school to speak to the administration, the assault occurred in a bathroom where the parent and their daughter allegedly cornered Sierra’s child in the bathroom.
Since the attack occurred, Sierra’s been in contact with her attorney.
