Mariah Huq created “Married to Medicine,” but that didn’t prevent her from being pushed off the show.
While Mariah told followers that she was mistreated plenty behind the scenes, it seems as if some of the other women who are still on the show aren’t sad to see her go.
Dr. Contessa Metcalfe threw some shade while appearing on Dr. Heavenly Kimes’ YouTube channel.
And now Quad Webb has addressed Mariah’s departure during a recent interview with Hollywood Unlocked.
When Jason Lee asked Quad how Mariah could be kicked off her own show, Quad said, “And then there’s that. So I would say you might not own it. It could be a situation where you did some type of deal and you decided that you wanted to maybe trade ownership or concept buy or concept thereof for maybe a title. Sometimes vanity titles, they can only take you so far.”
