Mike and Cynthia set a date.
Cynthia has a FaceTime conversation with Noelle. Noelle misses her and she says can’t wait until Cynthia makes it back to LA. Mike and Cynthia have decided to get married on 10/10/10 because it means 20/20.
Mama Joyce gives Kandi another warning about Todd.
Kandi goes by Mama Joyce’s house to catch up. She tells Joyce that she’s been busy with Todd trying to prepare for the arrival of the baby. So Kandi wants to prepare mentally to have another baby in the house.
Joyce tells Kandi the story of a girl from her school taking her lunch money when she was little. This was the moment when she stopped trusting people and learned that people will take your money if you don’t watch them. It becomes clear to Kandi that Joyce is talking about Todd.
Joyce also tells Kandi to put everything she has in a trust to protect herself.
Wendy updates NeNe.
NeNe is trying to get some help from Gregg to figure out what to wear to Kandi’s baby shower. She eventually calls Wendy who tells her that Kenya told TMZ that NeNe doesn’t have many friends and she’s a bully. She said this during an event for her haircare line.
NeNe tells Wendy that Kenya is a bully herself. Wendy tells NeNe to be smart and not respond back.
NeNe then tells Wendy that she finds it interesting that no one in the media could locate a marriage license for Kenya and Marc. But she’s never showed up to any red carpet to discuss Kenya and it seems as if Kenya just hired Marc to have a baby.
Todd upsets Mama Joyce.
Kandi FaceTimes Todd to tell him that Mama Joyce isn’t coming to the baby shower because he wouldn’t go speak to Joyce while she was at the restaurant. He says he didn’t feel like being bothered but meant no harm and Kandi feels like he was wrong. Regardless, Joyce is not coming to the shower because she feels like Todd disrespected her.
Shamea exposes Kenya.
Porsha and NeNe discuss Kenya’s comments about Shamea at Porsha’s event. Apparently, Porsha didn’t like that Kenya said Shamea texted her after her water broke and she volunteered to take her to the hospital. Porsha tells NeNe that Shamea later told her that it really didn’t happen that way.
And Shamea actually texted Kenya after she gave birth and informed her that her water broke while she was out.
At this point, Porsha feels like Kenya is being messy. But she doesn’t want them to fall out again.
But she won’t let Kenya do her how she’s done Tanya and Marlo.
NeNe feels like Kenya does a lot of things and gets unchecked for it by Kandi.
Todd and Kandi clash.
At the baby shower, Todd tells Kandi that he did try to call Mama Joyce and convince her to come out to the baby shower. But she didn’t answer. Kandi says that he shouldn’t have started all of this out of all days. But Todd stands firm and says that Joyce has said and done a lot of messed up things to him. So they can either argue or have a good night but the choice is hers.
Kandi decides she wants to enjoy the baby shower but she thinks it’s messed up that Todd won’t even apologize. After he says he will apologize when he feels like it, she decides to just end the conversation.
She later tells Cynthia and Eva about Todd’s latest tiff with Joyce. Eva says that Todd still has to show Joyce some respect, even when they aren’t on the best terms. Kandi agrees with this before walking off to check on her surrogate Shadina.
NeNe and Kenya have another showdown.
Tanya brings up Kenya’s latest comments about NeNe to NeNe, Marlo, and Porsha. But NeNe says she’s not worried about what Kenya had to say.
When Kenya comes around, Marlo brings up what she said. Kenya stands by her words and says NeNe is a bully who tried to spit on her.
Kandi reminds them that they are taking over her event with their arguing. And in a green screen interview, she says she’s over NeNe and Kenya.
NeNe says if she wanted to spit on Kenya, it would have actually happened. Cynthia then says she didn’t see NeNe actually try to spit on Kenya.
Kenya then walks over to Shamea who happens to be standing by NeNe to ask her if she understands. NeNe stands up when Kenya’s hands end up in her face. They start arguing some more and they have to be taken away from each other. After this happens, Porsha says that Kenya was trying to provoke NeNe by walking up in her space to get a reaction. Both Marlo and NeNe agree.
Cynthia says it’s not a “cute look” for NeNe to be threatening Kenya at her age.
Todd and Kandi make up.
Kandi and Todd give a thank you speech and Todd apologizes to Kandi for their argument earlier. They hug it out on the stage.
And it’s revealed that Blaze will be their daughter’s name.
Here’s the season finale wrap up for the cast:
