Evelyn’s bond with Shaniece is solid.
Evelyn Lozada is very close to her daughter Shaniece. This is one of the reasons she fell out with her “Basketball Wives” costar Jennifer Williams.
Evelyn was told that Jennifer made some not so nice comments about Shaniece. But Jennifer has denied this. However, Evelyn doesn’t think Jennifer is telling the truth. So a resolution was not reached between them. And it doesn’t seem as if the two women will ever be friends again. But at this point, Jennifer is just fine with that. So the upcoming season should be a pretty interesting one seeing as none of the feuds from last season were patched up.
In the meantime, Evelyn recently did an interview to promote her latest book, “The Wrong Mr. Darcy.” So she chatted it up with Nick Cannon via Power 106.
Evelyn opened up about her DMs.
While she didn’t say too much about the show, she did have some interesting things to say about men. Evelyn revealed that younger men like to hit her up all the time. And these men are actually younger than Shaniece. She’s even had these younger men hit her up in her DMs. There have been times that the same young men have also tried to hit up Shaniece as well.
After Nick asked Evelyn if she and Shaniece have ever been attracted to the same man, Evelyn said, “No, we’ve never been attracted to the same guy.”
When Nick asked if Evelyn was sure, she said, “No, but I will say we’ve had some of the same guys reach out to us in our DMs. So I’m like, ‘Really? He reached out to you? He reached out to me, too!’ So we tend to have that. How weird is that, right?”
