Carmon Cambrice shares her thoughts on Porsha Williams amid the Bolo controversy.
Kandi Burruss and Porsha Williams have come a very long way. And on the current season of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Kandi is hoping that things remain friendly. So even though Kenya Moore wants Kandi to back her up amid the Bolo accusations, Kandi has chosen not to. She also wonders why anyone in the group even cares about what may or may not have happened during Cynthia Bailey’s surprise bachelorette party.
Well, Kandi’s friend Carmon Cambrice had some things to say recently on “Speak On It.”
And she doesn’t agree with some “Real Housewives of Atlanta” viewers who believe Porsha isn’t obligated to say whether she did or didn’t sleep with Bolo.
In response to this opinion, Carmon said, “No, you don’t technically owe anybody if you were on a trip with your homegirls. But you’re on the show. And you’re supposed to talk about your life.”
She also goes on to say that everyone wants to know the truth, “People act like, ‘Why anybody care?’ Come on, let’s be real. We all tuning in cause we care. People say, ‘Why does it matter what she did with her stuff? If she did, she did it.’ Umm, you wanna know. I wanna know. Everybody wanna know. That’s why we watched it. You wanna know. I mean who don’t wanna know?”
Is Kandi Burruss being too nice?
And even though Carmon thinks Porsha is great for the show, she believes Porsha should open up more, “I think Porsha’s fun, funny for the show. You know, I think people love her. I just wish she would open up more. I feel like she’s doing deflect, if you slept with Bolo, you slept with Bolo. Let’s talk about it. Girl, whatever.”
For Carmon, she feels Porsha can do what she wants as a single woman. So it shouldn’t be a big deal for her to say if she did or didn’t.
When it comes to Kandi, Carmon thinks Kandi is trying too hard to be nice, “Sometimes I think she just be trying to be too nice. She knows what happened. We all know Kandi knows what happened. And I think she could have said it by now.”
