Dr. Contessa Metcalfe has been clashing with Dr. Scott Metcalfe.
“Married to Medicine” star Dr. Contessa Metcalfe has hit another rough patch in her marriage. Dr. Scott Metcalfe finally came around on Contessa going to graduate school, however, Contessa now feels as if their connection hasn’t been what it needs to be. So she suggested that they go to therapy together so they can hash out their issues with a neutral source. Interestingly enough, Scott wasn’t sold on doing this. And even bringing therapy up to Scott would frustrate him. So Contessa decided to back off of the suggestion and they proceeded to open up an office together despite the tension.
After Contessa started to speak to a life coach on her own, Scott told her that he’s been speaking to a female therapist for several months. But he hasn’t been paying her for her services. Contessa thought this was strange and she told the other women of “Married to Medicine” about the situation. While Contessa didn’t take this as a sign that Scott is cheating, some of the other women had some serious questions.
Then Kari Wells overheard Contessa arguing with Scott and accusing him of telling other women to send him naked photos during the cast trip to Jekyll Island.
On part one of the reunion, it was revealed that Contessa filed for a separation. On part two, Contessa breaks down backstage and she grows frustrated with Dr. Jackie Walters as they discuss Contessa’s attempt to save the marriage.
