Malaysia Pargo and Brandi Maxiell aren’t on good terms.
“Basketball Wives” stars Brandi Maxiell and Malaysia Pargo used to be very close. In fact, Malaysia had Brandi’s back after Sundy Carter made some insensitive comments about Brandi’s infertility. Brandi had recently opened up about the fact that she couldn’t have any more children because she is an Ovarian Cancer survivor. Of course, Sundy’s comments didn’t sit well with a lot of people. And she was booted from the show after just one season.
Over time, Brandi and Malaysia’s friendship began to be tested. Malaysia wasn’t necessarily a fan of DJ Duffey. However, Duffey and Brandi are close friends. So as tension began to worsen between Malaysia and Duffey, Brandi felt like she was stuck in the middle.
Brandi’s time on the show came to an end after she clashed with Shaunie O’Neal and Tami Roman. After her departure, Malaysia’s relationships with Tami and Shaunie improved. And some fans of the show began to question her loyalty to Brandi.
Interestingly enough, Brandi has returned for the upcoming season. It’s been reported that fans of the show will see Malaysia and Brandi’s fractured friendship play out on future episodes. And Brandi’s message about burning bridges had some fans raising their eyebrows.
