Toya Bush-Harris and Dr. Eugene Harris moved on from their custom-built home.
“Married to Medicine” star Toya Bush-Harris has opened up a lot in the past about her finances. In fact, she and her husband Dr. Eugene Harris were very transparent when they had a huge tax debt to pay off. After seeing a financial planner, they realized they had to come up with a budget and stick to it. One of their biggest expenses at the time was their home. And downsizing seemed like the best way to pay off the debt.
After they stuck to their plan, they paid off their unpaid taxes. And the couple threw a “back in the black” party, too. Dr. Contessa MetCalfe criticized them for this. She felt like adults shouldn’t celebrate doing things that they are supposed to do. Regardless, Toya and Eugene were elated to have the debt behind them. They also ended up building a dream home years later.
Before the most recent season premiere, it came out that Eugene and Toya decided to put the house up for sale. Since then, they have sold the house. And Toya is sick and tired of blogs reporting on their real estate situation.
