Could NeNe Leakes and Kenya Moore become friends?
Kenya Moore surprised “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans after she wished Porsha Williams well amid her departure from the show. She’s been clashing with Porsha for a long time.
And Bolo Gate only made things worse between them. However, Kenya’s comments about NeNe Leakes‘ importance to the show were something some fans didn’t see coming as well.
During an interview, Kenya said that NeNe is great for the show and there should always be a place for her.
Interestingly enough, she recently opened up about them possibly being friends in the future. She was asked about this on Instagram Live.
A supporter wondered if she could see herself being friends with NeNe after she showed support after Gregg Leakes’ death.
Kenya said, “I wouldn’t say we’re friends, I would say we’re not in a bad place. She appreciated me supporting Gregg and being at his repast. And acknowledged that she really didn’t have time to speak. But I’m just over beefing with people. I just think that you have to in your life be able to move on. And wish people well if they’re not really for you. Or sometimes you just don’t know what other people are going through. But you have to have a forgiving heart. And I think I have a forgiving heart. At least I know I know, I think I know I do.”
She continued, “I hope in the future that we can get to a point of being friends. But right now she’s going through something and I’m going to respect her space.”
