Karen Huger has been on “Real Housewives of Potomac” since the show’s first season. Fans of the show have come to enjoy her on and off feud with frienemy Gizelle Bryant. At times, both women can throw some very nasty jabs. But at the heart of their feud, it’s clear they still love each other. So they always find a way back to the friendship they established before the show. Since the show’s inception, Karen has become a successful entrepreneur. And she’s in the process of building an empire. Her fragrance “LaDame” is sold at Bloomingdale’s. She has a line of wigs. Plus, she’s also into the home essentials business as well. Her three-wick candle will be released for the holiday season.
With Karen moving forward in business and being loved for her sense of humor, some aren’t surprised that she has secured a spinoff show.
According to TV Deets, Karen’s show will focus on her multiple businesses and family life with her husband Ray Huger. And both of her children will appear on the show as well. The publication also says the show will premiere next year ahead of season 7 of RHOP.
Well, some fans are taking the news to mean that Karen is leaving “Real Housewives of Potomac.” And they have been discussing this on social media.
Interestingly enough, Karen may have responded to those who believe she’s departing the beloved franchise. In a tweet, she wrote, “The reach and speculation is REAL! Stay blessed. I AM! #rhop ? Happy Sunday!”
