On the latest episode of “Power Book II: Ghost,” Tariq is still on a mission to get full custody of Yas. He’s able to secure security footage of Estelle assaulting Yas at a convenience store. This should help his case. However, Estelle doesn’t plan on making things easy for her grandson. She promises to fight him in court.
Things heat up even more for Zeke. Whitman comes to believe that Zeke hired Ramirez to kill Jabari. And Ramirez skipped town after the deed was done. Luckily for Zeke, Cane and Brayden dig up Ramirez’s corpse so it will be evident that Ramirez was dead before Jabari was killed. This clears Zeke as his original alibi checked out anyway. Interestingly enough, things may now start pointing to Tariq after Lauren is pulled into the campus investigation.
And as Monet is focused on securing the funds to pay all of Zeke’s legal bills, his father’s identity is revealed.
