Things have worsened between Melody Holt and Destiny Payton-Williams.
Destiny Payton-Williams and Melody Holt‘s friendship has changed. This was actually discussed at the “Love & Marriage: Huntsville” reunion. When Carlos King asked Destiny where the friendship stood, Destiny admitted that she hadn’t spoken to Melody since they wrapped filming for season 3. LaTisha Scott said that this is just more proof that Melody is a bad friend. However, Melody said that she takes time for herself after they wrap up. This is important for her mental health. And she has no issues with Destiny.
Well, Melody has issues with Destiny now. On the preview for season 4 of LAMH, Melody tells Kimmi Scott that she overheard a conversation LaTisha and Destiny were having. And it made her question Destiny’s loyalty. Well, Destiny ends up talking to LaTisha about Melody. Destiny says that Melody confronted her about talking to someone she views as an “enemy.”
It’s likely the enemy in question is Martell Holt. Later on in the preview, Melody has a tense conversation with Destiny about her relationship with Martell. Melody says, “Martell just pulled up to your house. Why are you talking to him?” And Destiny responds with, “You already know what it is, you can paint it however you want to.”
But Melody says she doesn’t know what Destiny and Martell have going on, “No, I don’t know what it is. Let’s talk about it.” At this point, Destiny is over it, “Well if you had a problem with it, why didn’t you say it?!”
Melody Holt believes some of the LAMH cast uses her for a storyline.
The conversation goes nowhere and Melody ends up storming off. And she believes certain people are using her for a storyline, “Everybody think I’m gon be their storyline.” Destiny responds with, “You think you’re that important though!”
Loyalty isn’t just an issue for Melody and Destiny. LaTisha finds out from Kimmi that her cousin attended Melody’s Christmas party. She’s not sure that she can trust that her cousin isn’t telling her business to Melody. So she confronts her about this and it gets pretty tense.
Marsau Scott and Maurice Scott are confronted by the cheating accusations made by Martell’s former mistress, Arionne Curry. Plus, Marsau is still struggling to get along with Louis Whitlow due to comments made about his marriage to LaTisha. So they have another heated moment.
Meanwhile, Martell is worried that Arionne’s actions could hurt Maurice’s marriage.
