Mia Thornton realizes she went too far.
Wendy Osefo and Mia Thornton are set to once again clash on the current season of “Real Housewives of Potomac.” Mia felt like Wendy came for her unnecessarily during the previous season. But Wendy thought it was shady for Mia to try to form a friendship with Gizelle Bryant when Karen Huger brought Mia to the group. Wendy also believed that Mia started her feud with Candiace Dillard Bassett. In Wendy’s opinion, it was inappropriate for Mia to ask Miss Dorothy if Chris Bassett was being paid to manage Candiace.
Since Mia and Wendy weren’t able to hash out their issues last season, it probably isn’t surprising their issues lingered into the current season. In the trailer for the new episodes, Mia even threw her drink at Wendy. And fans wondered what could have possibly led to the heated exchange.
Well, Wendy shared more details about the altercation while responding to a now-deleted tweet. Wendy tweeted Mia, “Girl, I know YOU not talking about ‘not condoning violence.’ You threw a drink on me and hit me with your purse multiple times-breaking 3 nails in the process. You are the poster child for violence!! #RHOP”
Mia responded, “You are absolutely right! And I own that I was wrong. I won’t pretend to be perfect.” She continued, “I feel terrible for acting that way and I take Self- Accountability.”
