Ashley plans a trip to Austin.
Tonight’s episode begins with Ashley and Mia getting ready for the trip. Ashley is going to invite the ladies to Austin, Texas after she was there 3 months ago for a hosting gig. While Ashley is hopeful the girls will have fun and rekindle their friendships, the ladies are skeptical.
Gizelle joins them later on and Ashley gives them details about the trip. She lets them know to have a swimsuit and comfortable clothes.
While hanging out, Karen brings up Nneka’s allegations about Wendy’s mom and believes that Neck wouldn’t lie about this. Ashley feels this way also because of her tone regarding the situation at the pickleball event last episode.
Meanwhile, Eddie takes Wendy out on a daytime date. Wendy feels Nneka is in the group to attack her. Eddie also wants to know how things went left with Nneka’s husband.
Within both groups, they continue to speak about the allegations. Producers ask if Eddie was Facebook Friends with them.
Next, everyone brings up if they believe all of them can get along.
Nneka heads to her OBGYN, and Mia and Gordon visit a counselor.
Speaking of Nneka, she meets with her OBGYN. She’s with her husband and they also talk about what happened during pickleball. Nneka wishes she revealed the allegations to everyone but Wendy’s Mom allegedly adding Nneka’s name to a shrine means great harm or even death.
When the doctor arrives, they speak about conceiving as they’ve been trying to have a child for seven months. But their doctor also lets them know that this isn’t anything to worry about which is uncomfortable to Nneka.
Mia and Gordon meet with a counselor because they are having so much tension in their marriage amid their money problems. In a green screen interview, Mia said Gordon was overworking himself. And she wants him to retire after he’s been voted out of the company by his brothers.
Gordon wants to keep working to ensure their children will have something left behind. So they are focused on different things.
The ladies arrive in Austin.
Ashley and the rest of the ladies head to Austin. Everyone is feeling the rooms that were picked out for them. Wendy tells Karen and Candiace that she isn’t sure how to move forward after Nneka. Later on, Karen asks Gizelle why she becomes quiet when Candiace is around. In a green screen interview, Gizelle says Candiace has said a lot of nasty things. So nothing good is going to come from them speaking.
Candiace says Gizelle wants to ignore her as she will eventually just disappear. But the accusations that Gizelle made last season impacted Chris and her stepchildren. So neither is going to press the issue.
Mia pulls Robyn aside to tell her that the real estate lawyer she and Gordon hired stole money from them and committed suicide after he apologized. Robyn can relate since one of Juan’s friends did something similar years ago. It’s been emotionally taxing on Mia.
The ladies begin to question Wendy.
Nneka and Wendy are asked where they stand. Wendy says her mother is not a witch. She reads the past Instagram message that she wrote about Mia. She said mentioning a “holy fire” is proof that she believes in Jesus Christ.
Wendy and Nneka don’t back down from their positions. Nneka stands firm on the accusations she made about Wendy’s mother. Wendy denies that her mother has a shrine and curses people. She denies knowing Nneka like that and says her sister used to be friends with Nneka’s in-law Lebe. But they fell out and she doesn’t know Lebe. So she doesn’t understand why Nneka believes what Lebe is saying.
Nneka points out that Wendy knows Lebe because she gave her a shout-out at one of her past events. And Wendy said Lebe is a role model. In a green screen interview, Candiace says it is odd that Wendy denied knowing Lebe when she was at one of her events.

I can understand Wendy saying she doesn’t know Nneka, her sister has friends who Nneka’s Cousin in law. Who knows and has a relationship with everyone who knows their siblings? Wendy ‘s mom can pray about anything she wants, that is her not Wendy. Wendy is not responsible for her mother. Was Candice responsible for the things her mother Dorothy said? Nneka wants drama with Wendy to prove she should be on show. Why bring the husbands’ in it? Who doesn’t delete Facebook friends occasionally?
