Nneka and Wendy continue to clash.
Wendy and Nneka split off to discuss their takes on their feud. Mia tells Nneka that Wendy feels like it was culturally insensitive for Nneka to say her mother practices witchcraft when she’s Catholic. And all this does is fuel ignorant stereotypes about Nigerians. Nneka brushes this off and accuses Wendy of playing the victim. Robyn agrees and accuses Wendy of trying to make everything about herself. Wendy tells Candiace and Karen that Nneka’s accusations stung more because her mother is currently in the hospital. She’s worried about her.
The ladies celebrate Karen’s 60th birthday with an apple pie. In a green screen interview, Gizelle says she and Karen have a good relationship because they respect each other. And she wonders what happened to the fun shade when it comes to this group.
Gizelle wants Robyn to close the door on Candiace.
Later at dinner, Robyn and Candiace clash at the dinner table as they argue about their fallout. Robyn says Candiace bashed her on social media and no one on the cast should ever do this. This upsets Candiace. In response, she accuses Robyn of hypocrisy. In her opinion, “the line is always moving.”
Robyn calls Juan and tells him she doesn’t want to talk to Candiace. Juan tells her to be the bigger person and talk to Candiace. Robyn hangs up on him. Gizelle and Mia join her outside of the restaurant. Gizelle tells Robyn that Candiace is never going to hold herself accountable for her social media commentary. So she doesn’t think Robyn needs to have a conversation with Candiace.
Nneka goes public with her dislike of Wendy.
The ladies compete in a runway competition as they continue to celebrate Karen’s 60th birthday. When Wendy does her strut, Nneka gives her the thumbs down. Mia disagrees and gives Wendy two thumbs up. In a green screen interview, Nneka says she hopes Wendy hasn’t returned her Mugler outfit already.
Wendy tells producers she found out Nneka hated on her via social media. She thinks it says a lot about Nneka’s character.
Karen wins the runway walk competition. In a green screen interview, she says she’s glad she can still show people she’s amazing at 60 years old.
What are your thoughts on the episode?
Candice needs to go she has such a mean spirit. She is the one that hates her color.. If you notice she’s the one always coming for all the attractive ladies. I really wish Wendy would dress more appropriate for being a wife, and mother with her 4 degrees. She is given me the ladies on Love and Hip Hop style. Just my opinion😊
Dee, you are on point, the truth of all this is Candice has a problem with herself.
This was the worst episode of them. Bravo really need to revamp the show. Ashley, Mia, and Nneka need to go. They offer nothing to the show. Ashley is creating her story line being messy. Mia is so fake and Nneka is so far up Robyn and Gizelle a-ses. For all the heathens a shrine is not evil.
