Amara fims a music video.
The second half of the LHHMIA season begins with Amara La Negra filming a music video in South Beach. Amara’s excited about to be making a new album. During the shoot, Amara’s manager Marilyn calls to check in. They recap what happened during the first half of the season with Shay, Safaree, and her kid’s father.
During their talk, Trick Daddy’s podcast comes up. She’s invited to be interviewed and Amara’s happy for the opportunity.
Zoey Brinxx is hosting an audition for dancers for her Brixx Squad. Supa Cindy and Bobby Lytes join her at the audition. Supa put Zoey back on her collaboration album. Zoey also has a listening party coming up. Things get tense when Florence walks in in light of what happened between Florence and Trina. Bobby cools things down by apologizing to Florence.
However, Florence feels Trina’s online apology for disparaging Haitians wasn’t genuine. Zoey agrees with Florence and agrees that Trina needs to give Florence a face-to-face apology.
Trina apologizes to Florence.
Speaking of Trina, she’s out with her new man, Swurv, and her friends, including Joy. Producer Big D joins them and they talk about Zoey. He was invited to the listening party but he doesn’t like the disrespect shown earlier in the season. Trina agrees with Bigg D. That leads to a conversation about Florence. Joy wants Trina to sit down with her and hash things out. Trina will sit down with Florence and Florence only.
Safaree is out on a lake contemplating the drama involving him and Amara and Erica’s firing from LHHATL. He’s with his mom and they talk about how Amara disparaged him. Specifically, he didn’t like how Amara denied their relationship. His mom also harps on him regarding showing his and Erica’s children their Jamaican culture. Safaree says he’s going to do that.
Later on, Florence heads to the studio where Trina is working for their one-on-one talk. It’s just the two of them and Florence opens up about her feelings regarding Trina being a no-show for her performance. Trina says she didn’t like Florence’s family confronting her that following Monday which led to Trina disparaging the Haitian community.
Florence and Trina’s conversation gets tense but the two ladies seemingly hash things out and Trina apologizes to Florence. Trina wants to perform with Florence in a better show.
Trick wants Safaree to confront Amara at his podcast taping. Shay meets up with Eliza at Eliza’s birthday party and Shay’s glad to do so. She’s single and her friendship with Amara is cold. Eliza’s friendship with Amara also fizzled out so the two have a new bond. Meanwhile, Safaree and Trick Daddy hang out at the birthday party and they talk about Amara. Amara’s going to be on Trick’s podcast and tell Safaree about it.
Things get awkward when Florence and her girlfriend come over to talk to Shay and Eliza. Eliza flirts with Florence’s girlfriend, making Flo very uncomfortable. Bobby and Joy walk over to lighten up the mood somewhat. Florence gets angry when Eliza licks her girlfriend’s face at their table.
Meanwhile, Emjay pulls Shay aside to talk. It’s the first time Shay’s spoken with Emjay since his altercation with Fabo earlier in the season. They argue when Emjay brings up the altercation because Shay doesn’t want to speak about it.
Zoey Clashes with Bigg D and Shay reveals she’s pregnant.
It’s the day of Zoey’s listening party. Supa Cindy introduces Zoey to her team including Bigg D. After the listening party, Bigg D asks for a one-on-one with Zoey. He expresses his honest feelings about the music and he wasn’t feeling it. He also tells Zoey that he has to check his attitude. Zoey disagrees and she says she’s going to make the type of music she wants to make. Overall, the conversation didn’t go well.
Ext, Shay’s with her daughter. She’s on her way to speak to her mom and family. It’s the first time they’ve spoken since she broke up with Fabo. Shay’s mom is concerned because she hasn’t seen Shay or her granddaughter. But, she’s happy that Fabo is no longer around and feels Shay deserves better.
But Shay drops a bomb on her mom. Shay lets her mom know that she’s pregnant and is considering an abortion. Shay cries when her mom demands to know why she got pregnant by Fabo again.
Safaree confronts Amara and throws another drink.
It’s time for Amara’s interview on Supa Cindy and Trick’s podcast. Safaree is also present as Trick invited him to the taping. Amara feels blindsided when she sees him. Amara’s cold when Safaree speaks. They speak about the Instagram Live where Safaree feels she expressed hate for him. But Amara says she was explaining how Safaree was not supporting him while they dated.
Safaree retorts this, saying she would’ve never gone on Instagram to disparage Amara to his followers and Trick Daddy agrees. Amara gets angry when Trick says women should be quiet and Supa Cindy doesn’t retort him.
During a break, Amara and Safaree go aside for a one-on-one. Amara goes off on him for not defending her regarding Shay when she stood up for him regarding his womanizing allegations. She eventually storms out and follows her to her car. When she slams her car door, Safaree throws water on her car.

Why in the world 🌎 would Shay decide to get pregnant again! Her mom was right and to put an innocent child in the middle of her madness is sickening. I see why she can’t keep a man. I loose all respect for women who chooses to kill children if no need to.
Time for Safaree to go. Hecker throwing drinks when a real man just walks away.
