Robyn doesn’t think she and Juan need couples therapy.
Ashley and Gizelle are working on an athleisure line together. In a green screen interview, Ashley says fitness is her passion, so they figured this was the perfect venture.
Karen purchased her grandmother’s home in Surry County. While speaking to her aunt about her plans, she says she may open her own weed business. As it stands, she’s not sure who she wants to see the place before she starts the process of updating it.
Mia and Robyn catch up. Robyn says she noticed a photo Karen saved to her phone of Robyn and her family. So she’s convinced Karen is obsessed with her. They talk about their marriages. Mia admits she and Gordon have been clashing amid money problems. So therapy should help. When Mia asks Robyn if she and Juan are going to try therapy, Robyn says it’s not on the table because they “don’t have issues with each other.”
Gizelle refuses to be around Candiace and Wendy.
Wendy and Eddie grab a bite to eat. Both have been very focused on their new businesses. Wendy has been stressed out trying to put her new talk show together. As for Eddie, he started a weed company now that recreational weed is legal in DC. He decided to name it Happy Eddie since that’s how Ashley’s friend Deborah described him. While both are committed to making these ventures successful, they agree to make sure they stay active in the bedroom.
Karen sends out invites to who she wants to see the house in Surry. Nneka, Robyn, and Mia aren’t invited. Gizelle says she won’t be able to attend.
Nneka invites Charrisse and Gizelle over to check out her new home. Gizelle questions if Karen has seen the place. Nneka confirms she has but Karen “tried” her by saying her house is in North Potomac, not the real Potomac. Gizelle tells Nneka she should have clapped back and told Karen she owns her home, unlike Karen.
Gizelle tells them she turned down the invite to Karen’s Surry home because she refuses to be around Wendy and Candiace. She has to worry about her “safety.” Karen later texts everyone to invite them and explains she increased the liability insurance so more people can be in the home. This only makes matters worse. Now some of the ladies are offended they didn’t receive an “original” invite. Robyn, Gizelle, and Mia refuse to go. Mia texts the group to call out Karen. Karen is okay with her turning down the invite.
Wendy and Nneka don’t make any progress.
While en route to the house, Nneka talks about her new house. She invites them all to see it and help her settle in. Ashley asks Wendy if she heard this and Wendy says it will take a lot of steps before they can even get to that place. As for Nneka, she claps back in a green-screen interview. She says she is grown and doesn’t have to follow any steps Wendy thinks she needs to. She invited Wendy over out of the kindness of her heart and that’s that.
When they make it to the property, they help Karen clean up the yard so trees can be cut down. Luckily, the day is peaceful despite past tension. However, Ashley brings back the tension when she tells Wendy she thinks she and Nneka can make peace at some point. Wendy says Nneka did a lot to offend her which includes calling her a *****, calling her mom a witch, and Nneka’s husband coming for Eddie.
Nneka accuses Wendy of cursing at her first but a flashback clarifies this isn’t what happened. Regardless, Nneka doesn’t seem open to apologizing and her invitation should be enough. Wendy says the invite isn’t enough and until the right steps are taken, there is no moving forward.

Giselle and her being scared 😱 is tiring. If she was afraid for her safety she would not be antagonistic. Robyn is really the weakest link. She really believes that she can say whatever she wants about the others and it’s okay but they should not have the same energy towards her. Nneka is trying to hard for drama. The map showed her house in North Potomac. She thinks that the Bandits and Charisse will have her back.

If you get rid of anybody is should be Ankles (Giselle) and her sidekick (Robin) I stop looking at the show because of all the colorism issue now she can’t be around Wendy and Candice because of safety concerns? I think she need to look at her girls!
