Amara plans a girls’ trip to DR.
The episode begins with Amara out with Bobby. They recap what happened between Amara and Eliza. Amara still has feelings for Safaree, claiming strong chemistry. But she knows that they can’t be more than friends. She also wants to meet with Alan in the DR with their kids to squash the beef.
Amara wants to bring people to DR, and Bobby suggests making this a girl’s trip. However, Shay won’t be invited.
Speaking of Shay, Shay meets with Brooke. During their talk, Brook suggests that she talk to Amara about squashing their beef. Shay and Brooke talk about what sparked the beef. Brooke feels there’s hope for Shay and Amara, telling them they care about each other.
Next, Florence meets with Safaree at the studio. Safaree mentions Florence reached out to work on a song together. He wants to keep things professional. In his green screen, he says he isn’t taking any chances. This is difficult for him as Florence dances with him at the studio.
Shay and Sandra clash once more.
Meanwhile, Brooke did invite Shay to the DR for the girls’ trip. So, she’s meeting with her mom, Sandra, and Emjay to settle things before the trip. Of course, this doesn’t go as planned.
Sandra brings up Shay’s trip to the priestess, and Sandra wants to know if it has anything to do with Fabo. This leads to another argument between the other and the daughter over Fabo. Shay storms off and says Sandra won’t see her granddaughter if she can’t get along with Fabo.
Zoey Brinxx stops by Florence’s salon for a talk. Zoey vents about Bigg D using his old beats despite their tensions. Bigg D relayed through Zoey’s manager that she has to apologize for her actions. Florence gives Zoey advice on how to manage this situation, and Zoey seemingly takes the advice.
Florence meets with Safaree at the studio.
Next, Florence tells Zoey about her time in the studio with Safaree, and Zoey tells her about Amara and Eliza fighting over him. This news shocks Florence. Zoey suggests that Florence talk to Amara and talk things out. Lastly, Florence says her sister Gaelle will be on the DR tip, which makes Zoey uncomfortable.
The next day, Amara meets with Eliza and talks about the DR trip. Amara tells Eliza about Brooke inviting Shay to the trip. This makes Eliza furious. Eliza demands that Shay isn’t allowed to go and says that if Shay goes, she won’t go. She brings up what Shay has said about her kids in the past and feels Shay does not belong on this trip. Despite this, Amara wants Eliza to forgive Shay.
The ladies arrive in the DR for Amara’s girls’ trip.
Despite the tension, Amara has her girls’ trip to the DR. Despite it being a girls’ trip, Trina brings her boyfriend. Estelita also shows up with Florence, Gaelle and Zoey.
In her hotel room, Trina tells her boyfriend that she knows it’s a girls’ trip, but she doesn’t want to be there without him. He tells Trina he’s willing to do anything for her. Meanwhile, Gaelle is getting on Zoey’s nerves really bad.
Amara is with Brooke as they get ready for a welcome Brunch. Estelita stops by the room, and Amara informs her that Shay may arrive.
Estelita lets them know she wants to fight Shay, recapping what happened during Shay’s event. Shay seemingly used Estelita’s drama to insult her at the event. Brooke tells Shay it was wrong to do that.
Eliza’s at the spa with her daughter Shamya. During their spa day, Shamya tells Eliza she’s pregnant. Eliza responds by crying and walking off camera, demanding the cameras not follow her. To make things worse, Shamya is not going to school anymore.
Amara is hosting her brunch back in the DR, and all the guests have arrived. The theme of the brunch is brokering peace, and this starts off with Gaelle apologizing to Trina for throwing the drink at her. Gaelle mentions the drink throw was meant for Hawt Topic, who’s on the trip. This sets the brunch on the wrong course. Zoey jumps in as Gaelle tries to coerce her into going back and forth with Hawt Topic. This leads Zoey to go off on Gaelle and walk away from the brunch.
