Renni suspects she is pregnant.
The episode begins with Scrappy telling Momma Dee he doesn’t want to talk about Diamond anymore, Erica telling Yandy about her album release party, and Sierra visiting Renni at home. As Renni talks to Sierra, Sierra tells her about the divorce. She’s also dating someone else and was caught kissing him in a photo posted to social media. Renni also tells Sierra that her sickness in Canada could mean she’s pregnant.
Amy visits Jessica, checking on her. She’s concerned about Jessica after getting sick on their trip. Jessica reveals she has stage 4 endometriosis, and it causes her to feel sick and be in pain frequently. She has a 4cm cyst growing, and it’s causing her pain. Despite this, she’s starting her IVF treatments to have another baby. Jessica telling Amy about this inspires Amy to share something about her. Due to a medical condition, she’s been told by doctors it’s unlikely for her to carry a baby to term.
Yandy’s at home, and she’s torn about Mendeecees. She tells their kids he’s not attending a party Erica Banks hosts with her. In her green screen, she says she will fight for her marriage and Mendeecees.
Diamond confronts Momma Dee and Scrappy.
Please go to Erica’s album. Amy and Zell talk to Erica. Zell tells them Saucy is back with one of his exes, and they’re posing about it on social media to get under his skin. He responds to Saucy on social media, calling him out. Later, Yandy joins them and the rest of the cast at the event.
After Erica performs, Erica sees Khaotic in attendance and heads over to talk to him. Khaotic apologizes for his actions during their relationship. Scrappy and Momma Dee are with them, and they ask about Diamond. Diamond overhears this and pulls Momma Dee aside to talk about her father. She thanks Momma Dee for supporting her as her father is hospitalized. Scrappy hasn’t been doing that. He walks over, and Diamond reminds him she was there for him during his divorce.
Scrappy responds by hugging her.
Jessica is frustrated by Kai.
Meanwhile, Jessica had to head to the emergency room to get checked out. Karlie was with her, and Jessica was at her home. Kai is also there, and he’s angry Jessica is present, and dinner isn’t cooked. Jessica irritates Kai and confronts him about how he’s speaking to Karlie. When he walks away, he calls Kai a b**** and is concerned for Karlie’s safety.
Later on, Ronni is at home with Zacc. They’re in their kitchen, and she tells him she may be pregnant. She takes the tests, and they all turn positive. When he sees them, he replies, “About time.”
Renni’s excited to be pregnant and is seeing wedding bells with him. She then calls Sierra and shares the good news. Sierra’s excited.
Inspired by her conversation with Jessica, Amy denies telling her ex, Mazi, about her secret. Mazi’s hurt by the news. He wishes he knew sooner. Despite being hurt by it, he consoles Amy.
Kai performs a grand gesture for Karlie.
The next night, Zell hosts his fashion show. Jessica is walking in the show. Kai and Karlie are present, and they go off to talk. She’s shocked Kai even showed up to the event. He shocks her even more when Kai has his jeweler show up with three different rings. This causes Karlie to faint. Jessica sees this and is irritated by his antics. She goes to support Karlie, but Kai brushes Jessica off. In her green screen, Jessica says Kai can’t afford the rings and that he is driving her car.
Backstage, Jessica vents to Zell about what happened in front of the runway.
When Karlie comes to her senses, she asks why he didn’t get down on his knee to propose. He effectively calls the rings a promise ring and asks Kai to trust him.
Eventually, the show begins, and his models and pieces steal the show, including Amy and Jessica.
After the show, Amy, Jessica, and Zell confront Karlie about Kai’s move. Jessica gets irritated and goes off.

Zell shut up. You’re just mad because no one wants you. It’s Karlie fault that her relationships turned sour. Karlie is only in this relationship for a ring 💍 so sad. Momma Dee needs to stop accepting scrappy bad behavior towards women because he continues to do so. I always have loved Jessica White for keeping it real. Maybe it’s just time for Karlie to find someone else.
