Christian Walden will be back in court to fight child abandonment charges in Georgia.

Jennifer Williams‘s husband, Christian Gold, is back in legal hot water, and his probation is at risk. This time, Christian Gold, aka Christian Walden, is accused of two counts of Child Abandonment/Non-Support. According to documents obtained by Urban Belle, the alleged offense occurred in Cobb County, Georgia, on July 1st, 2024.

On Monday, October 28th, a Cobb County Judge will hear arguments about the alleged child abandonment charges. These charges detail allegations from a custodial parent claiming a noncustodial parent failed to pay child support. According to Lawyer and YouTuber Symone Redwine, the mother of two of his children alleged that he hasn’t seen or financially supported their children in 30 or more days. Christian must prove he hasn’t abandoned his children. A warrant will be issued for failing to appear if he doesn’t show up.

Simone also alleges Christian and the mother of his child have a written agreement for him to pay her $2200/month. However, this agreement was not issued through the court, and he allegedly stopped making payments in June.

This Child Support issue could negatively affect Christian Walden’s probation.

Meanwhile, Christian also has another hearing on November 12 in DeKalb County, Georgia. The hearing concerns his probation. Currently, it isn’t known if the Probation Revocation hearing is related to the Child Abandonment charges in Cobb County.

Previously, Christian had 15 days of his probation revoked in September for failing to obtain permission to travel outside of Georgia. His probation officer only became aware of the travel via Jennifer Williams’ social media posts of them together in Europe. The judge showed leniency and allowed Christian to travel to Paris, France for the wedding. As it stands now, Christian’s probation is set to end in August 2025 if Christian can stay out of legal trouble.

Symone Redwine originally reported on the court hearing on the “Girl, Is That Legal” YouTube Channel. Please check out the report below.

    1. She’s been paying for everything so far smh. I think he lied about his restitution so Jen would pay for the wedding and restitution. It’s insane how gullible some women are.

  1. Wow Jennifer this relationship probably won’t last long because there’s no telling what might else develop or he thinks he can get out of this relationship

  2. Sad that these women focus on outer looks, social status and catching any piece of a male/not man! She’s always reflected helium above her neck…..and honey, no one is jealous of the mess you’re always in!!!!!

  3. Jennifer is going to lose a lot in the next 5 years being married to this man.
She’s going to clear all of his debts to society which means he’s going to bleed her dry.

  4. Jennifer is acting real slow right now. It’s no way I would want a man that bad. I truly believe he targeted Jennifer.

  5. Oh my… I knew he was no good. I guess the term beauty is only skin deep is appropriate. Those women are so fake. With friends like those, who needs enemies. No, I don’t feel bad for Jennifer. She should know better but I guess she enjoys being a sugar mama.

  6. I pray that Jennifer wake up. She is sleeping hard. She is acting like she is desperate right now for a man. He is not worth it. It will try to take her for everything if she didn’t get no prep.

  7. Thing is nobody looking at bigger picture. What woman runs to court bcuz bd ain’t seen kids on 30 days shoot a year
Imo bm seeing money opportunity herself.

    1. Christian has not been paying child support for years according to this young lady. You can listen to the interview on YouTube. He needs to take care of his kids.
