Jac’Eil Duckworth is exiting “Basketball Wives.”
Casting news about the upcoming season of “Basketball Wives” has been spreading all over social media over the last couple of days. Evelyn Lozada confirmed Brooke Bailey is out to her Instagram followers. Brooke then hopped on X to tell her supporters that no cast member had anything to do with her exit.
She wrote, “Film #basketballwives < Fly on PJ’s ✈️ all over Africa 🇳🇬 & get treated like princess 👑 Simple math! No cast member has the POWER to FIRE ME 💋. Stop the CAP 🧢.”
It was rumored Jackie had her fired from the show. According to Brooke, Jackie doesn’t have the power to have her fired from “Basketball Wives.” In other news, Brooke has been posting pics of her enjoying life on Instagram.

It’s safe to say she’s not sad about taking a season off.

“Basketball Wives” fans had mixed feelings about Jac’Eil joining the cast. Many appreciated that she was the first WNBA wife to be on the show. However, others were critical of Jac’Eil and what she brought to the platform. Some fans accused Jac’Eil of being a follower on social media. In their opinion, Jac’Eil sided with Brooke and Evelyn too much. At the reunion, Jackie said she felt like Jac’Eil didn’t give her much of a chance because she fell out with Brooke.
Jaceil was boring and rode too hard for Evelyn and Brooke. I won’t miss her but good luck to her.

Brooke has the maturity of a high schooler. It’s weird she’s still in her city girls era at 47 years old. Get your own pj and wealth sis. That’s more impressive. Jac’Eil getting two seasons never made sense to me. The other newbies were more interesting than her.

I love Jac’Eil and everything she brought to that show. She was more about peace and mending, not garbarge and as a fellow Jackson Mississippian, I appreciate you and continue being you no matter what comments. I truly enjoyed you. It is so unfortunate. Ratings for foolishness and not compassion. Wow!!!. Brooke, I love you, so people here and others did not appreciate a strong, stand on her own and ground, liberated, beautiful, in which some are intimidated by that, education and just over all a beautiful person. Sort of reminding me of myself. Brooke, continue doing you and let them talk, because it will somebody else they are hating on real soon. Trust. I am going to miss you too… I love Jennifer as well.
Girl, please! You doting over yourself screams INSECURITIES!!! Brooke is TOO HOOD and if that’s what you embody, then that’s sad and no wonder you can relate to her! Brooke and her loud mouth and screaming to the top of her lungs and her sing-song voice will NOT be missed by me!! She WAS NOT a wife and did NOT fit in with the show!!! She was too far up EVILyn’s butt the entire show!! And it’s sad that they feel like they have to kiss EVILyn’s butt in order to be on the show because Shaunie is making EVILyn think she has so much influence so most of the cast HAS to tolerate EVILyn and boring, old stinking breath Jennifer!! EVILyn is not loyal to ANYONE, NOT EVEN HER OWN DAUGHTER!!!! If she’s willing to be friends with Jennifer despite all the crap she said about her daughter and her daughter’s disdain for Jennifer, just tells you she has loyalty to NADA!!! And if I were Shaunie, I’d be insulted because her choosing to not believe that Jennifer said anything about her daughter just means she doesn’t believe Shaunie because both Shaunie and Malaysia tried to tell her that Jennifer said something about her and her daughter. Now, EVILyn all of a sudden saying that she doesn’t know if she did say it or not — that says a lot about her believing Shaunie’s account! If I were Shaunie, I wouldn’t trust her as far as I could throw her! She’s just using Shaunie for influence and power to hold over those other cast mates! I cannot stand her, Brooke, Jennifer and even flip-flopping Jackie gets on my nerves!!! But you’re flaunting over them and Brooke and your love for Jennifer is telling of the kind of chick that you are and you likely suck just like them! I doubt very seriously anyone is jealous of you—that’s all in your head. Just like no one is jealous of Brooke. Who in the world knew who she was before basketball wives?
